It's peak summer time for our friends in the USA and the rest of the northern hemisphere, and that means it's time for delicious, easy dishes to go with your perfectly chilled bottle of Koha Sauvignon Blanc (which, p.s. just got a "Best Buy" award from Wine Enthusiast Magazine, so you know it's good!).  We love nothing more than to pair our Koha Sauv Blanc with fresh, local oysters, and to whip up a simple but delicious mignonette to highlight the natural briny, sweet nature of the oysters and to bring out the fresh, zesty, aromatic and slightly salty characters...
